week 4- What our persona thinks and feels?

Updated: Jun 5, 2022

This week we went over our interviews with our end-users and experts in order to understand better our persona, her needs, difficulties, motivations, and way of thinking. Moreover, we listened to An hour-and-a-half-long podcast about stress and its implications, to understand our domain more deeply. Finally, after long deliberation, we filled an empathy table, in which we wrote what we think our persona think and feel, hear, see, say, and do. Filling the table helped us think more deeply about our persona and analyze it in ways we didn't think about before. While filling the table we noticed a problem that repeated a lot- being present in the moment.

We are well aware that pressure in first-year studies will always be present. By going through our research we noticed that a lot of people are stressed because they feel nothing is enough, because while they are doing one thing they already think of another. It can happen while studying for a test, at dinner with the family, or while going out with friends. We learned that being present in the moment and controlling your thoughts from wandering elsewhere. can really help reduce the stress level. After realizing that, we decided we want to

give noa a tool that will help her learn how to be present in every situation, so she can use the stress to her advantage. We sharpened our "how might we", and decided on a new one- "how might we help Noa be present in the moment\ situation?"
