Hi everyone!
This week explored our domain even more, and we would love to share our insights with you!
We had a great conversation with an emotional therapist that specializes in teenagers and students. She helped us see the point of view of a person experiencing immense amounts of stress and how to treat it.
The meeting was meaningful and helped us understand anxiety and stress better. We got to learn about the different types and aspects of anxiety and ways to reduce long-term stress to be more focused.
We got the chance to hear about anxiety and the treatment from the emotional perspective which helped us see our domain from another point of view.
Apart from that, we conducted one more interview with an end-user that faces stress constantly and has faced an anxiety attack before. She described to us her experience, how she copes with anxiety and what causes it.
In addition, we found a great podcast named “Huberman’s Lab”. Huberman is an American neuroscientist and tenured professor in the Department of Neurobiology at the Stanford University School of Medicine.
Huberman has a great podcast “Tools for Managing Stress & Anxiety”. In the podcast, Huberman defines the term stress clearly and scientifically. He introduces breathing technics to help reduce long-term stress.

We feel like this week was defining for our project at MILAB and helped us concentrate our thoughts about our domain.
